As we settle in for the next few days of rain - its a good time to connect with this inside, outside and around us. I know its like wtf water ... well kids we are over 80% water and if you look at the structure of water you will come to learn that it is more than just the stuff that comes out of the tap!

Nothing survives without this fascinating structure. It is sooo important to feel this rhythm with in us. It connects us with our second energy centre that is governed by the element water. It connects us to our creativity, sexuality and the ability to deal with change and be in the flow of change always. It is extremely powerful and really helpful in this transient world.
