BROTH IS MADE FROM
2 1/2 cups of stock (I used mushroom but u can use chicken, veg what ever)
1/2 cup Chinese Cooking Wine
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1 Tbp Ketjap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
3 Shitaki Mushrooms Sliced
EXTRA YUMMIES
left over from baked dinner 😉 (pumpkin, carrots)
Chinese Brocolli
Bok Choi
Spring Onion
Coriander roots
Ramen Noodles
GARNISH
Poached Egg, Sesame Seeds, Coriander & Fresh Coriander Leaves
METHOD
Cook Ramen noodles as per package
Put broth all together and let simmer, for a bit then put the veg in to cook a bit all together
poach egg
serve with garnishes
