A Body Is A Vessel - Poem

A body is a vessel
That emits a resonating sound
Breath is a strength
A liberating bellow in waves and tides
The heart is an anchor
That travels us through time and space
Love be the quest
Melting barriers in our mind
When we recognise our strength we feel each other held through this plane called earth
Cause humans we are connected when we sit quietly inside our body that’s the vessel for our worth!
